MBPJ "Gotong-Royong" Programme at SS2/104: 8am, 14 May (Saturday)

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that there will be a “Gotong-Royong” programme scheduled on 14 May 2011 (Saturday) at 8 am at SS 2/104 playground. The programme is jointly organised by Councillor Mr. Tony Cheong, MBPJ, Zone Bersih Committee for SS2 and SS2D Security Committee. The circular from MBPJ (Jabatan Kesihatan Persekitaran) is attached for your reference.

We were told that Councillor, Deputy Mayor, Heads/senior officers of Service Departments from MBPJ, Alam Flora, Press and other agencies are expected to turn up. That would be a good opportunity for residents to bring out or highlight various issues, queries or problems such as the proposed TroPicana Hotel and related SS2/104 as access road on the spot to those present.

All of you are hereby kindly requested to participate in this “Gotong-Royong” session to make it a successful one. Please ask your family, friends and neighbour to come along.

For your information, this “Gotong-Royong” programme will be held simultaneously with another “Gotong-Royong” at the SS 2/82 – SS 2/91 field on the same day.

Distribution of 1st Anniversary Magazine and New Car Sticker

Dear Residents,

The Security Committee (SC) is pleased to inform you that the 1st Anniversary Magazine and new car stickers will be distributed to you beginning this week.

For member residents, a summary account statement ending 31 Dec 2010 will also be attached for your information.

On the new car sticker, the SC would like to take this opportunity to extend our utmost gratitude and sincere thanks to Mr. Tan Joo Lian of Jalan SS 2/100 who has kindly sponsored the printing of 1,000 car stickers.

Please take note that each security member is entitled to 2 car stickers free of charge.
Additional car sticker will be charged at RM 2.00 each. Any member who wishes to get 4 or more additional stickers is requested to fill up the form attached.

Money collected from the sale of car stickers will be used for next year printing.

Please be informed that the old car sticker will not be valid once we have issued the new one to all the members. You are hereby requested to acknowledge receipt of the new car stickers to avoid any unnecessary dispute. After delivery of the 2 free stickers, if any member later claims he/she did not receive them will be charged accordingly.

Security Quarterly Payment for May, June & July 2011

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that the next quarterly payment for the security scheme for May, June, and July 2011 (RM 150) is due soon. You are kindly requested to pay up as soon as possible by cash or cheque payable to

“Persatuan Penduduk Sektor SS2 Utara, PJ. “

If you wish, you may opt to pay for 6 months from May to Oct 2011 (RM300).

However, if your quarterly payment is not synchronized with the months mentioned above because you joined the scheme at a different date, it is suggested that this time you top up the difference so that your payment will be in line with the other residents. For example, if you had previously paid for Jan, Feb & Mac, please pay RM 200 now to cover for 4 months, i.e. April, May, June and July.
