The Security Committee (SC) is planning to organize a dinner for SS2D residents in conjunction with the coming Moon Cake (Mid-Autumn) Festival, as follows:
• Date : 19 Sept 2010 (Sunday)
• Time : 7.00 pm
• Venue : Jalan SS2/104 Tennis Court
The objective of the dinner is to provide an opportunity for residents to gather together and socialize and to get to know our neighbours better in order to foster a close community. Residents may also wish to exchange ideas/experiences on security issue as a way to enhance crime prevention and to promote mutual cooperation & support in our neighbourhood.
You, your family and your neighbours are cordially invited to attend this dinner, a community event.
Important guests to be invited include MP YB Tony Pua, ADUN YB Dr. Cheah, Councilors Mr. Terence Tan (outgoing) and Mr. Tony Cheong (new), Mr. Richard Yap, Police, SS2 Residents Association Chairman & Secretary, RT Chairman, SS2C Chairman & Secretary, Security Company and others.
The dinner is valued at RM 20 per person. The SC will be sourcing for contribution from the MP, ADUN and other organizations to subsidise the dinner. As a result, the SC has decided that any resident wishing to attend this dinner will only have to pay RM 5 per person. In addition, the SC would also like to request donation from any residents to help out in ensuring that this dinner is successful.
For children below 10 years old : free of charge.
