Hari Raya / Moon Cake Festival Dinner, 19 Sept 2010 (Sunday) at SS2/104 Tennis Court

Dear SS2D Residents,

For those of you who have signed up for the dinner, the Security Committee wishes to thank you for your cooperation , support and donations (in cash/kind).

For your information, we have stopped accepting participation forms from Friday, 3 Sept 2010. On last count, the numbers of attendance are 181 adults including invited guests and 7 children.

Please be informed that, beginning this week, coupons of different colours will be issued to participating residents and children. Only children who have registered as per the participation form are entitled to the coupons. You may contact the committee member who has collected payment from you earlier to obtain your coupons.

Please be reminded that residents including children have to produce the coupons to the caterer before food is served. As such, we would appreciate if all participants please bring along the coupons that were issued to them.

Children (and parents) attending the dinner are encouraged to bring along their own lanterns including ketupat-shaped lanterns to create a more festive/carnival atmosphere and to make the occasion more colourful, meaningful & memorable.
