Dear Residents,
The Security Committee is arranging an informal meeting for all residents to meet up with the
Security Committee and the security company including their manager, supervisor
and guards on duty that day.
The objectives of the meeting are:
i. to discuss security issues;
ii. to get residents' feedback;
iii. to find ways to recruit new
members; and
iv. to
improve rapport among the residents and the security guards.
The meeting date and time are as follows:
Date: 22.2.2014 (Saturday)
Time: 5.00 pm
Venue: SS2/94 playground.
All residents
are invited to the above mentioned meeting to show your concern regarding the
security problems around our neighbourhood.
We
would like to request you to encourage your neighbours to come along so that
their voices can also be heard.
