Dear Residents,
On 9 Nov at about 6.20 am, six
suspicious persons on 3 motorcycles were sighted rounding our neighbourhood along
SS2/98 by a patrolling security guard. The guard tailed them to SS2/103 and at
the same time called for reinforcement guards using walkie-talkie. Near Hock Thai
Restaurant, the 6 motorcyclists turned back and beat up the patrolling guard
using crash helmet.
More than 10 other security
guards from SS2D & 2C arrived at the scene soon after. Police was also
called and 3 police patrol cars came. The injured guard was asked to lodge a
police report and to hospital for a medical check.
Residents are hereby advised to be alert
and remain vigilant. Please report to the police or the security guard immediately
if you see any suspicious person.
